Is assembly required for the mattress?
No assembly is required for your Diamond Mattress—setup is quick, tool-free, and hassle-free! Here’s how it works:
1. **Unbox easily**: Your mattress arrives compressed, rolled, and sealed in a compact box. Simply cut the outer plastic packaging (we recommend using scissors to avoid damaging the mattress cover) and remove the rolled mattress.
2. **Unroll & expand**: Lay the mattress flat on your bed frame (platform, box spring, or adjustable base) and let it fully unroll. No tools, no extra parts—just unroll and go.
3. **Wait for rebound**: The mattress will start expanding immediately, and it typically reaches its full shape and firmness within 24-72 hours (allowing 48 hours is ideal). You can sleep on it right away, but waiting ensures the foam and coils settle to their optimal comfort level.
Pro tip: For faster expansion, keep the room well-ventilated and avoid placing heavy objects on the mattress while it’s expanding!

We offer a 90-night risk-free sleep trial for all our mattresses—because we believe you need time to truly adjust to a new sleep surface! Here’s how it works:
- Start your trial from the day your mattress is delivered (we ask for a 30-night break-in period first, as new mattresses need time to fully expand and soften to their optimal feel).
- If you’re not completely satisfied after 30 nights, contact our support team anytime before the 90th night to initiate a return.
- We’ll arrange free pickup of the mattress and issue a full refund (no restocking fees!) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. What does your mattress warranty cover?
Our mattresses are backed by a 10-year limited warranty to protect you against manufacturing defects—we stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship! The warranty covers:
- Structural defects: Sagging greater than 1 inch (excluding normal wear and tear), broken or loose coils (for innerspring models), or defective foam that cracks/breaks down prematurely.
- Material defects: Defects in the cover fabric (e.g., unraveling seams) or internal padding that shifts unevenly.
Important notes: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover damage from improper use (e.g., spills, stains, using an unsupported bed frame) or normal wear and tear over time.

Yes! We make mattress shopping as easy as possible with free curbside shipping to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii—additional delivery time may apply). For most orders, you’ll receive your mattress in 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS, compressed and rolled in a compact box for easy setup.
We do not provide old mattress removal or pickup services. For responsible disposal in the U.S., consider these options:
- Schedule bulk trash pickup with your local sanitation department.
- Donate gently used mattresses to a local charity (e.g., Habitat for Humanity ReStore).
