Shipping Area

• We only ship to the continental United States, excluding remote zones.
• We do NOT ship to remote zones, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, offshore islands, or any international destinations outside of the U.S.
• We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Free shipping on all orders.

Optional in‑home bedroom setup service is available for an additional fee.

Delivery Information

• Our standard delivery provides door‑to‑door drop‑off only. Standard shipping does not include home entry, bedroom setup, packaging removal, or old‑item disposal. In‑home bedroom setup can be purchased as a separate paid add‑on service.
• An adult 18 years of age or older must be available to sign for delivery.
• Please clear interior and exterior pathways ahead of time to facilitate smooth delivery.

Package Tracking

All orders come with real‑time shipment tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package ships. You may track your order via our website or the official carrier website.
