1. **Unbox easily**: Your mattress arrives compressed, rolled, and sealed in a compact box. Simply cut the outer plastic packaging (we recommend using scissors to avoid damaging the mattress cover) and remove the rolled mattress.
2. **Unroll & expand**: Lay the mattress flat on your bed frame (platform, box spring, or adjustable base) and let it fully unroll. No tools, no extra parts—just unroll and go.
3. **Wait for rebound**: The mattress will start expanding immediately, and it typically reaches its full shape and firmness within 24-72 hours (allowing 48 hours is ideal). You can sleep on it right away, but waiting ensures the foam and coils settle to their optimal comfort level.

Pro tip: For faster expansion, keep the room well-ventilated and avoid placing heavy objects on the mattress while it’s expanding!

If you’re not completely satisfied after 30 nights, contact our support team anytime before the 200th night to initiate a return.
We’ll arrange free pickup of the mattress and issue a full refund (no restocking fees!) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Our mattresses are backed by a 10-year limited warranty to protect you against manufacturing defects—we stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship! The warranty covers:
