Is assembly required for the mattress?
No assembly is required for your Lunarfl—setup is quick, tool-free, and hassle-free! Here’s how it works:
1. **Unbox easily**: Your mattress arrives compressed, rolled, and sealed in a compact box. Simply cut the outer plastic packaging (we recommend using scissors to avoid damaging the mattress cover) and remove the rolled mattress.
2. **Unroll & expand**: Lay the mattress flat on your bed frame (platform, box spring, or adjustable base) and let it fully unroll. No tools, no extra parts—just unroll and go.
3. **Wait for rebound**: The mattress will start expanding immediately, and it typically reaches its full shape and firmness within 24-72 hours (allowing 48 hours is ideal). You can sleep on it right away, but waiting ensures the foam and coils settle to their optimal comfort level.
Pro tip: For faster expansion, keep the room well-ventilated and avoid placing heavy objects on the mattress while it’s expanding!

2. What does your mattress warranty cover?
All our mattresses come with a 10‑year limited warranty that safeguards against manufacturing defects. We stand firmly behind our materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:
- Structural defects: Sagging measuring more than 1 inch (normal wear and tear excluded), broken or loose coils (innerspring models only), or defective foam that cracks or deteriorates prematurely.

Yes. Complimentary standard door‑to‑door shipping is available for all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Delivery is drop‑off at your exterior door only; in‑bedroom setup is not included in standard shipping and may be purchased as an optional paid add‑on.
