2. **Unroll & expand**: Lay the mattress flat on your bed frame (platform, box spring, or adjustable base) and let it fully unroll. No tools, no extra parts—just unroll and go.

This is a great medium 12-inch mattress. It came in a long box and is pretty heavy, so you'll need at least two people to carry it. Once we cut open the plastic, it fluffed up quickly. It's very comfortable, and I'm already having less back pain.
