🚚 Delivery & Shipping Information

White Glove Service

We use a "White Glove" delivery service for some mattress and bed frame/bed base orders. We will bring the product to your home, set it up for you, remove the packaging materials, and if you need it, we can also help you remove your old mattress and bed frame.

Note: Lunarflex mattresses are designed to be delivered via UPS "White Glove" service and do not qualify for standard in-home delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Lunarflex mattresses, bed frames, and adjustable bases typically arrive 2-7 days after ordering. Our signature collection Lunarflex will arrive 2-7 days after ordering. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Price

We offer "White Glove" delivery to the continental United States, with specific fees calculated based on your delivery address.

Delivery Day

An adult (18 or older) must be home to sign for the delivery. Unfortunately, if there is no adult at home, we will not be able to deliver your new bed.

To ensure the smooth and timely delivery of your items, please complete the following steps before receiving the delivery:

  • Clear all pedestrian walkways, including sidewalks and hallways.
  • Remove any decorations that may obstruct or hinder delivery.
  • Place children and pets in a safe and quiet area.

Lunarflex Mattresses

Buying directly from us allows you to enjoy free UPS "White Glove" delivery. Purchasing Lunarflex mattresses does not include in-home delivery and old mattress removal services.

Pillows & Sheets

Free standard delivery. We offer free UPS ground shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) with no minimum order quantity. Items usually arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping. Please note that we cannot ship items to PO boxes.

📍 Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Island Areas

Currently, all our comfort products are shipped via UPS standard delivery. Mattresses cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or island areas.

✈️ Special Shipping (Remote Areas, APO/FPO Addresses)

We offer free UPS ground shipping with no minimum order quantity, and items usually arrive within 2-7 business days. Unfortunately, we do not ship or process orders to countries outside the United States and its territories.
