Mattresses

To eliminate your concerns about purchasing mattresses online, we offer a 200-Night Free Trial Service for all Lunarflex Mattresses.

  • Trial Rules:
    We recommend that you try sleeping on the new mattress for at least 30 nights to adapt to its support. If you are still not satisfied with the mattress within the 200-night trial period, you can fill out the Return Application Form on our official website at any time, and our customer service representatives will take the initiative to contact you within 1–3 business days.

  • After-sales Process:
    Our customer service team will communicate with you to help resolve any usage issues. If the problem cannot be properly solved, we will arrange professional logistics to pick up the mattress at your doorstep and refund the full purchase price to you.

  • Warranty Service:
    After the 200-night trial period ends, we still provide a 10-Year Limited Warranty Service for all Lunarflex Mattresses, protecting you from material or workmanship defects during normal use.

Pillows

Given that pillows are personal care products for intimate use, to safeguard the health and hygiene of all consumers, we only accept return requests under the following two circumstances:

  1. Obvious damage to the outer packaging or the product itself upon delivery;
  2. Quality defects caused by non-human factors.

In-store Purchases

If you purchase Lunarflex products from authorized offline retail stores, the relevant return, exchange, and after-sales policies will be strictly subject to the published terms and conditions of the retail store. You can directly contact the staff of the store where you made the purchase to handle after-sales matters.
